Training enhances the development of an organization through the development of its workforce. When an organization trains its employees, the employees either improve on existing individual knowledge and competencies (K&C), or gain new ones, or both. When the employees apply and/or share their individual (K&C) within the organization, their individual K&C becomes the organization's K&C; hence the organization uses the K&C to improve and perform better.
