The first theory that is being considered is in that of employee empowerment. This means enlarging the employee's job responsibility by giving him the authority of decision making about this own job without approval from her supervisor. Empowerment, means the supervisors and the company supports the employees to use more of their skills and abilities. This enables the employees to be more creative.
