Bricks and Mortar is a business framework by which a company incorporates both offline (bricks) and on-line (mortar) bearings (Steinfield, Adelaar & Lai, 2008). CarsDirect.com is an online business firm, which supplies the product to the consumers by using the internet and online marketing. Under the environment of brick and mortar, the CarsDirects.com permits the user to order on-line, and receive their order instantly at a local shop, which the user finds out using locator software (Tulenko, 2000).
