Reverse discrimination does occur in the workplace in regards to gender. Ironically, this is all becoming too common amongst minorities, which includes females as well. When one group views themselves as superior and the other inferior, then this is usually the case. I believe this is most prominent between the relationship between management and their employees. Management tends to view themselves as smart and intelligent, but sometimes tries to hire those that are not too bright.
