This step is very important in keeping everyone abreast of the conflict resolution process as well as providing a guideline for students to follow in the event of a conflict. Will the proper guideline, everyone on the team will be treated equitably, and will not grieve about the procedure followed during a conflict (This is assuming everyone was part of the development of those strategies).
