Try and think of the job analysis as an interview for garnering a sufficient understanding to the many different roles within a particular company, such as, the mortgage banking entity that contains job positions:
a) Loan Officer (consider the role in variety of levels of expertise due to the required license involved within the particular state - that the loans are to be originated)
b) Loan Processor (consider the role as an assistant to both the loan officer and underwriter in the beginning phase as well as during the phase)
