Dear Sir/Madam.
I follow the MBA course in VietNam at the moment, and I got this article from my teacher . ( it's not the assignment, so I myself think it's fine to ask for your help .)

After I read this article, I have some question that need you to explain clearly for me.
- The force of change that were evident at Novel ?
- What do you think are the major underlying causes of the culture portrayed by some of the Novell employees ?
- I try to get some other company with the similar situation on Business Week( www.businessweek.com ), but I can't find one, so can U help me to find another company with the similar situation where such resistance to change occurred ?
- What was the primary type of change needed changing "things" or changing the "people and culture" ? In your opinion, can the situation like Novell be saved by changing things alone, by changing people and culture, or must both ? give me your explaination for it :).
- I do google search about "reengineer" but I still dont understand clearly about it, can you give me some explain and example ? and how did Eric Schmidt reengineer the company ? and what other interventions are possible to make such transitions smoother? just give me few example for it.

I don't need it urgent, so please take your times to help me to understand this article .
With thanks and best regards.

Last time I try to upload the file, but this file was 3m, too big, so I have to upload it again , I split it in 3 part, please using winrar ( www.rarlab.com) to extract it.
Best regards.

- What do you think are the major underlying causes of the culture portrayed by some of the Novell employees ?

I'm going to answer this with a question. From the article, we saw that the "culture of fear" was the main problem. To understand this, ask yourself how you would feel, and how you would react professionally, in an ...
