Any person can conceive a brilliant idea, but most people lack the skills necessary to implement this original idea into something that has realized value to others. It is placated upon the reality that innovation is a variable that is predicated upon the ability for a creative person to have the leadership skills to be able to build upon their creativity in a manner that will allow for innovation to occur. If a creative person who has brilliant ideas but never implements these ideas into actionable results were to be classified, they would be classified as a failure as their creative ideas only remained brilliant in the thinking process but were never capable of being translated into actual results.
