Define hospitality management.
Hospitality management is a team of workers from General Manager, Banquet Manager, Room Supervisors, Food Managers, and workers in general all coming together in partnership to cater to the guest who has made reservations to stay at that hospitality establishment. It is important for the "team" to make the guest's stay the best they ever had.
Hospitality management can be poor or it can be the best experience ever which is what the team is striving for. Prompt service, smiling faces, turning beds down, the chocolate on the pillow, plenty of clean towels, and probably the best is anticipating what the guest will want.
