I do not support this argument. This is because both public and private sector bargaining should have the opportunity for equality when it comes to having unions. For example, most aircraft industries have unions, such as Hawker Beechcraft or Boeing. These are both public companies. If for some reason, they did not have that opportunity to actually have a union, then trouble would occur.
