The HR team member goes over the key highlights of the feedback with the employee, explains the feedback in detail and provides rationale for the major results. The employees are provided adequate opportunity to express their opinion and thought about the validity and fairness of each feedback as well as opportunities to clarify any concerns or doubts about the results of the feedback. The employees are also provided an opportunity to review the feedback in detail and come back with additional queries.
