The employees work for a major corporation with offices throughout the United States. Some employees are union, some are not. These survey questions are geared toward nonmanagement employees. The business problem that the survey questions should address is, "Do you feel wages are fair at this company and are based on education, skill and ability? Or do you feel wages are gender based?"
I need some help developing survey questions regarding the above noted business problem. I need a sample of 10-15 questions.
