    This study is so important is everybody can understand it and use it. The survey answers many questions, for example:

    - how even jobs are distributed between the two genders? 44% females vs 56%males
    - who "sticks around" and stays in one company more males or females? Males
    - what department is mostly represented by this survey? Admin 40% of survey participants

    - who has higher overal satisfaction males or females? Females

    The answers to the these questions can be a base for further research.
