Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a disorder that can be found in either adults or children. If you've ever met an adult with OCD, most likely, they had symptoms starting in childhood. It is a form of anxiety that is characterized by both obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are repetitive thoughts, urges, (or even images in ones mind). For example, a child with OCD might insist that things have to be "just right" all of the time. Also, some obsessive thoughts can be very frightening to the child.
