You are at a karaoke bar with coworkers. You are nervous about singing around your coworkers because you believe you are a terrible singer. Despite your feelings, you are pressured to sing a song, and when finished your coworkers tell you how surprised they are and how great your singing was. You felt nervous and scared, but now you feel better about yourself because of the good feedback.
