Well, diversity is a good phenomenon in a community, in the workplace.

Since, we are living in a globalize world today, and due to migration people have moved to other countries, and work in the organizations in these new countries, diversity is an obvious element of the work-place environment.

As long as all the employees follow the guidelines and policies of their organizations, it is a good thing to have a diverse set of work force, representing the presence of the larger groups of the diversity within a given city or town in which the organization happens to be. Productivity and efficiency is need for any organization or even a project to be successful.

When all the employees know their role in the project completion phase, and work in concert with each other, being productive and efficient helps save the brains and energy from mismanagement and miscommunication and their resulting chaos or failures.
