I firmly believe that children should not be exposed to pornography. Pornography sells sex and sexual acts. Sexual acts in its physical element might seem simple enough but it is complex in the motivations behind it, in its impact. Sexual acts between consenting adults creates outcomes (i.e. child bearing, intimate relationships) that brings with it a world of responsibility that in itself require a sense of capability and maturity to handle. Children lack the ability to fully understand the complexities of intimate relationships and sexual acts as well as perform responsibilities behind outcomes. Above all, children are still 'developing' mentally, physically, socially so that such complexities when they are made to confront them impact their development adversely, for the long term.
