The leadership style that I believe is ideally suited to manage conflicts that arise in clinical settings is the Democratic leadership style. This is due to the fact that this leadership style will allow the leader a great deal of discretion in developing a methodology by which to be able to proactively prevent conflicts, as well as to deal with conflicts that do arise within a clinical setting. In addition, this leadership style allows for there to be contributions and feedback from staff members, so as to be able to develop a better-rounded and effective conflict management methodology.
