It is very important for those individuals that are charged with providing for the health and well-being if clients or patients have the best training possible, largely due to the fact that the decisions that these individuals make in reference to the health and well-being of other individuals can have life and death consequences. In addition, training and education are vital in healthcare due to the fact that the higher the level of training that healthcare practitioners have, the less frequent mistakes will be made by these individuals that could result in detrimental health consequences for their patients or clients.
