What age is considered adolescents?"

There is a common belief among psychologists that adolescence describes juveniles between the age of 13 and 19, but in reference to psychological changes that occur within children, these can occur between the ages of 9-12. Therefore, the onslaught of "adolescence" can actually begin at these ages in which the adolescent is able to begin puberty and formulate different stages of the adolescence paradigm, which in medical terminology begin at the age of eleven through fourteen in regard to early adolescence, middle adolescence is considered between the ages of fifteen to seventeen, and mature adolescence is considered between the ages of 17-19. For all of these different stages, there would be a different recommended regimen for any type of resistance training that would be used to enhance their physical performance.
