Many amateur academic writers work various ways to come up with a draft. From my years of writing experience as well as professional editing experience, I have come to the conclusion that two most effective techniques of developing an essay are: brainstorming (which ranges from various styles such as list-making, free-writing, and simple outlining) and multiple draft writing.
