1. The learner can adapt study habits that facilitate mastery of content.

2. Communicating one's learning style to an instruct can help him/her modify instruction to be most meaningful, i.e., notes and charts for the visual learner more paired verbal activities for the auditory learner, developing a hands=on activity for the kinesthetic learners.

3. Be sure to address that instructor self-awareness is key because we tend to teach the way we learn, which is great if I have a class of highly visual learners (like me) and very frustrating if I do not adapt to a class of primarily auditory or kinesthetic learners.
