I as a student am earning an education and advancing academically to become a valuable contributor to the community as the mission statement of Northcentral also focuses on. My choices and journey can be a learning map for others such as my younger siblings and other young adults.

Industries nowadays are not just manufacturing, producing, and designing in one city or country, but are working in a global market. By attaining higher education and working in the industry, I will also be working with other countries and people from across the globe. I would need to expand my vision as a student to understand different cultures and different societies.

The values statement to me as a student means that by attaining a higher education and seeking knowledge from my professors and learning from other students, I can grow as an individual and understand how I want to contribute to my society and community. Learning does not need to be one way but both ways where I learn from others and others learn from me. By being honest, treating others equally and with respect, and striving for excellence; I will attain my goals and achieve success in my career and life.
