Vision and the Educational Organizational Environment
The vision of an organization is an important aspect to consider in leadership. In order to be an effective leader, one must be able to write and communicate the vision to those that follow.
In this case assignment I will attempt to generally define the word "vision" as well as offer a definition, as the word would pertain in an educational environment. It is also my goal to explain the benefits of a vision and explain the phrase "know your organization" through personal examples.
