Measuring Individual Attributes and Team Cohesiveness

I need help deciding on the team's collective strengths and areas that must be developed. For each team member, a goal that will facilitate development of one attribute of a coach or mentor must be identified.

TEAM MEMBER 1
The Ethical Reasoning Inventory:
60-89 (scored 87) - Show's an average degree of ethical awareness, and therefore should become more sensitive to ethical issues.

How Much Empathy do you Have?
8 - Has an above-average degree of empathy if you scored 8, 9, or 10.

Listening Traps
Score of 1 - If you checked only two or fewer of the above traps, you are probably an effective listener and a supportive person.

Positive-Impression Survey
Areas that give a positive impression include dressing well, cheerfulness, self-confidence, neatness, and high performance.
Some of the areas that were not agreed upon were creating problems, talking about one's accomplishments, using flattery, or exaggeration

Assertiveness Scale
Score of 26 - A score of 25 or higher suggests that you are aggressive.

How Important Do I Make People Feel?
Score of 37 - suggesting that I have a moderate tendency toward making others feel important

Score of 96 - 90-100 suggests you are a strongly ethical person who may take a little ribbing from coworkers for being too straight-laced.

Assertiveness Scale

The first category that was analyzed in the survey was entitled the Ethical Reasoning Inventory. Team member number one scored an 87 in this category which shows that he/she has an average degree of ethical awareness and therefore should become more sensitive to ethical issues.

Team member number two scored a 96 which shows that he/she is a strongly ethical person who may be seen as being too straight-laced" by coworkers.

Team member number three scored a 74 which shows that he/she has an average degree of ethical awareness and therefore should become more sensitive to ethical issues. It is interesting to note that the three team members all scored with different degrees of ethical awareness.
