It is difficult to know exactly how to help you with this without knowing what you are teaching in your module, but I will try.

As far as transitioning a module from a training delivery method to online delivery method, there are some differences and changes you can make. First off, when you deliver someone a DVD or CD with educational material, there is little to no interaction with the instructor. The student puts in the CD/DVD and does the work and then submits it and waits for the response. If you were to transition this to an online course delivery method, you could set up many enhancements to go along with the material. First, you could add a discussion board element that would allow students to ask each other questions, you could also set up synchronous chats if ...
