As was stated before, the company X is going to expand its information system. To do this, it is going to select and purchase new hardware and software and retrain employees. The problem-solving team has been established and has specified hardware, software and staff-training needs. Let us now presume that the new organizational structure opens several positions which did not exist before. It means that you have to hire people to fill them.
1. Specify the new functions. The functions should cover several levels of the organizational structure.
NOTE: The new function is someone responsible for overall TRAINING
2. Specify the requirement for this function. It should be characterized by its duties and by the abilities, skills and traits the person should exhibit during the selection process.

Human Resource Policies and Practices
The new organizational structure will open several new positions within the Company X. These positions will cover the different levels in the organizational structure (DeSimon & Werner, 2008). Following positions will open in a new organizational structure -
System analyst: This position can be created at top level. The system analyst would develop the information system for an organization.
Trainer: The position can be created at middle level. The trainer would be there to train the employees about the new business system.
Supervisory position: This position can be created at middle level to monitor the functions of the employees.
The requirements for these positions are system IT skills and knowledge in the employees. The Supervisor and the trainer requirement are to ensure the proper functioning of the system and to find out the employees to whom training sessions are required to develop the required skills.
