Please help me so I can complete the following:

I have to prepare a two to three page memorandum (350 words per page) analyzing the use of databases in my organization. Include what database software are used (Microsoft, Informix, Oracle, etc.). Conclude by proposing improvements. For large organizations, restrict the scope of the paper to the department in which you work. Please note the restrictions on revelation and use of proprietary information. When this would be a potential issue in your memorandum, eliminate details or modify information so as not to violate these rules. If you don't have any first-hand knowledge of databases at your work, describe where a database might be used in your personal life to make things more efficient.

There are a couple of database software programs that are utilized in our company. These include Microsoft Access 2007 and Oracle. Both programs are used across the population of employees here at Balloo Company.
Microsoft Access 2007 is a database program developed by Microsoft Corporation. This program was developed by Bill Gates of Microsoft. This database program helps users track and report information with ease. It is user friendly and can accommodate beginning level employees as well as expert level. Tables and forms are used for inputting data into the database and this information can be filtered into queries and reports to delineate information.
