First of all, I would like to call them as challenges rather than obstacles. The reason, many a times obstacles may not be crossed, but supply chain challenges can be tackled. Many organizations have shown this. Coming to the four obstacles (I will use the word proposed by your instructor), from my point view their rankings are (I said my point of view because it is based on subjectivity and different for different people)
1. More demanding customers
3. shorter product life cycle
4. Increase in product type, customization and variety
Although these are ranked and rankings can be independent, I feel these are interrelated. We can indicate any causality but we can definitely say that if one comes others are there.
