Wal-Mart has an enormous opportunity to encourage consumers to shop more frequently in their stores and add to their customers' satisfaction by adding a childcare service to their offering. In order to promote this concept, public relations could be used to reach out to consumers. The first place to start is by designing the child care space with a bold, colorful design and a name that incorporates the number one concern of parents: safety. To this end, the concept could be named "SafetyCare". Designing the center to be visible as shoppers as they enter the store would draw attention to the program as well as enable it to serve as an advertisement tool. As a result, most of the advertisement for the SafetyCare Center will be as a result of Wal-Mart shoppers seeing the location in store and trying it out.
