Try and identifying the key areas of problems as obstacles that at the very beginning created the set project objectives to overcome, in order, for the extensive project actual completion. In terms of problems, the setbacks can as well outlined several areas of concern that if not remedy correctly could lead to a damaging outcome of over budget, missed deadlines, and lack of resources. Thus, the problems in the case study of the Building Hong Kong mostly involved time management for completing the project before China official takeover.
