Project plans are very interesting road maps to accomplishing strategic goals and objectives. (Hutt, 2012) I have been involved with the development and implementation of many project plans. In my personal experience creating an outline of what I wanted to accomplish was the first step based on a ten step process. Generally, here is what my project planning outline entails:
I. Project Research - Learn as much about the subject matter of the project as possible. The lack of knowledge will put you at a disadvantage and could result in a project failure.
