The project of choice is to create a website where local bands are advertised, their music is available for download, and their products are sold (i.e. T-shirts, hats, buttons, etc.). This project would include development of a website, advertising to local bands, selling product, advertising local band shows and happenings, and a social network for bands to network with other bands.
In creating a schedule for creation, production, advertising and implementation, I would use the most common tool for a project schedule which is Microsoft Project. This will assist me in developing the plans, assigning resources to tasks, tracking my progress, managing my budget and analyzing my workload.
