In my organization, role of HR is to increase productivity of the organization by maximizing potential of its employees. Whereas, HR is responsible to recruit, train, and deploy people, and make them aligned with business practices, the role of HR does not end here. In the ever increasing competitive business landscape, there is a need for continuous improvement. HR, together with the management help the company improve its position in the industry by gathering data, defining issues, and determining suitable course of action. The organization is assessed for current situation, and opportunities are identified for improvement. HR is responsible for designing trainings for employees in areas in which they trail as well as sessions to keep them updated on the latest in businesses and industry. HR applies strategies to meet training needs and organizational developmental needs, these are:
