//In the response of this query, I would like to suggest you to prepare a research paper on an issue of your choice. I am taking 'facilities in houses' as a research question. From my discussion, you can develop an understanding of writing a research paper. For example see the text below: //

Research Problem

As per the research problem in the paper, the facilities in the houses are not in accordance with their selling prices, the customers have to pay. The selling price and the facilities should be in proportion to each other. The customer should get full satisfaction for the amount he pays. There should be a strong reason for the difference in the prices of houses. For example, the price of a bungalow is 242.1(in thousand) and it has 3 bedrooms with a size of 2300 square feet. On the other hand, there is another house at a price more than the previous one I.e. 245.4 (in thousand) but it has only 2 bedrooms and has the same area. Such a kind of distribution is not at all in proportion with the prices of the houses. This problem is important because people have to pay extra prices for fewer facilities, which leads to an unnecessary financial expenditure and fails to satisfy them for the prices they pay (Real Estate Business, 2008).

//Below is given the Purpose of Research. //

Purpose of the Research

The purpose of the research is to define the problem of imbalanced prices and the facilities provided in the houses, in the real estate business. It aims at attracting the attention of the concerned authorities towards such a disproportionate distribution of facilities and prices. Customers have to pay high prices for fewer facilities. The main intention of the research is to make the price of the houses proportionate to the facilities or comforts provided to the customers. This will ease the customers and will be good for all the people (Rowland, 1959)
