1. The organizational behavior theories have the explicit or implicit objective to make the organizations more effective. In this concern, the theory produced by McShane and Von Glinow (2013) described four current perspectives of organizational effectiveness such open system perspective, organizational learning perspective, high performance work perspective, and stake holder perspective, which are considered as the 'ultimate dependent variables' for organizational behavior (Mcshane et al., 2015). The "open system perspective" is a broad perception that is characterized by several perspectives. Examples of these perspectives include organization's fit with the internal subsystems configuration for high performance, external environment, emphasis on organizational culture and skills to make satisfy the needs of stakeholders. On the other hand, "organizational learning perspective" embraces the organizational effectiveness which depends on organization's capability to acquire, distribute and use valuable knowledge across the organization.
