Organizational Culture and Leaders' Perspective
The transformational leadership perspective of the leaders is very influencing in different situations of the organizations. It is an effective way to influence the employees towards the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Transformational perspective helps the leaders to focus company and individual employees by aligning employee's goals with company goals. Leader raises the follower's values, morals and beliefs and motivates them that increase their contribution in obtaining a collective outcome. On the other hand, other perspectives satisfied lower level needs of the followers. It is based on a cost-benefit exchange process that occurred between leaders and followers such as jobs for votes and subsidies for campaign contribution, etc (Ramos, 2008). Transformational perspective includes motivation and inspiration to achieve desired goals that is effectiveness for leaders as well as employees' satisfaction. This perspective is built more with effective relationship with employees, increased team performances and creativity of followers in comparison of other perspectives that increases competition and dissatisfaction among followers (Marshall & Coughlin, 2010). ...
