1. Define sports products and differentiate between goods and services.

Sports products are products that relate to either sports or sports performance. These include such things as basketballs, baseballs, barbells (for competitive lifting), shot puts, softballs, lacrosse sticks etc. Those were sports products related to sports directly. Now for sports performance goods for sporting goods could include things such as cheerleading uniforms and pom- poms, running shoes, basketball sneakers, weightlifting gloves and sports performance products such as whey protein, vitamins, creatine and Gatorade.
The difference between sports products and sports services include is the first one is for sports directly. That means that the first one is things used for the sports directly (whether it is equipment, or aides for performance. Sports services are more for the fans of professional or perhaps elite Division 1 men's collegiate athletics. These include things such as team uniform shirts, hats, jackets, ticket sales, flyers, and programs.
