Choosing the right channel partner is important in developing excellent marketing strategies. The channel partners will work together to make the Dell Streak 7 the best selling item which allows for all partners to discuss inventory commitments. The ability for the channel partners to be able to work together is prime, but it should take shape in the form of an action plan.
In order for everyone to benefit, channel partners need to communicate regularly. Distribution processes need to be addressed and how many future partners are needed will have to be analyzed. Other issues will be restrictions, licensing, competition, and pricing. To keep things legal, contracts and agreements should be developed to cover these issues. Effective rewards, gains, and recognition programs are other ideas for the future.

The focus should be on colleges, universities, libraries, music schools, training centers, alumni divisions, and any other educational facilities. The Dell Streak 7 should be presented to elementary, middle, and high schools by seminars, pamphlets, and flyers. These are the primary places where the Dell Streak 7 should be marketed. The students will have the most use for the Dell Streak 7.
Costs Involved in Distribution Channels
The easiest way to know what the costs will be for the channel partners is to study how they make money. Evaluations must be done to see how what you do compares to what your channel partners do.
