If you want to release the information some other days, you can say: To be released on 30th Oct 2005.

You will also need to include the HEADLINE of the release. It needs to be catchy because that's where the reporter (or reader) will first read, if its not catchy or interesting enough, people may not want to continue (as reporter received so many media release everyday, they will trash away those they are not interested). You may also add a sub-headline if you want, but I normally don't do that.
