The Netflix general customer is a person who loves movies. Enjoying a movie at home is a favorite form of entertainment and this consumer may enjoy a movie (or two) multiple nights a week. They like new releases, but may also appreciate the classics. They may enjoy a movie with the family, friends, a date or even alone. They value choice and selection and appreciate the broad selection of videos that Netflix provides. They also value convenience and being able to order movies from the convenience of their home with Netflix is a definite plus. Purchasing decisions are influenced by variety of selection, ease of purchase and convenience.
