The strategic change initiative was to restructure the company where I work. Currently, each worker had a specific role to play in the organization. His work was allotted in accordance with his job description. Care was taken that the work was given in accordance with the persons' abilities and qualifications. The work was given by a supervisor and the person reported to the supervisor.
The change that was proposed was that now every work process would have a team. For instance, there was a team that was given a part of the manufacturing process. The team was now responsible for the process, individuals were responsible to the team.

The vision of our company was to become a world leader in our industry and the company always sought way of becoming a world leader.
