The payroll data provides evidence supporting this fact, the promotion data also supports this data, and figures about average salaries supports the contention that there is discrimination.
b. Key Issues
The Title VII of the Civil Rights Act 1964 does not allow discrimination on the basis of sex.( subchapter VI of Chapter 21 of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e).
