    Need to compare and contrast policies and practices in an organization, such as Wal*Mart, with what the law says pertaining to Hiring Practices (drug testing, background checks, tests, etc).

    1) Select at least two laws to compare and/or contrast
    2) Consider how these laws are used
    3) Requirements:
    a) header for each law
    b) identify the name of the law
    c) what its basic purpose and coverage is
    d) who is responsible for enforcement
    4) Include an introductory paragraph and a concluding paragraph that make an overall assessment of the relationship between the laws and the practices of Wal*Mart.
