Need to compare and contrast policies and practices in an organization, such as Wal*Mart, with what the law says pertaining to Discrimination and Retaliation.

1) Select at least two laws to compare and/or contrast
2) Consider how these laws are used

c) what its basic purpose and coverage is
d) who is responsible for enforcement
