New technologies always have some impact on the user of the technology as well as people associated with it. Any technology up-gradation is done in order to increase the efficiency of the work in order to add on new customers to the existing customer base or to utilize the resources efficiently.

E-Retailing by various brands was a boom for the retail industry. It was faster, cheaper for the company with a broader customer base. Convenience was one major factor involved with it. It was beneficial for working people who do not have enough time to go and shop in the store.
