1) Servants leaders are constantly focused on the well-being of others and oftentimes use their leadership styles in positions of management. When the servant leader is a manager, the focus turns away from the power that is inherently a part of being a manager, and is instead on the ability to lead as a servant. Servant leaders have specific qualities in which they develop and ultimately excel, which makes them great in their capacity as a servant leader. Servant leaders have excellent listening skills and more specifically, they actively listen.
