One is to level the field for those with and without disabilities. The schools and colleges should offer opportunities to learn (and test where it is required) in enough varieties to give the disabled a chance to compete for both recognition and aid. Allowing for persons with disabilities to participate in sports or having a companion team for persons with disabilities in college.

Provide educational opportunities to people no matter what their place in the social strata.
Poor and working poor cannot provide the same tools to their children that those with more wealth can. Providing the best tools to all students is difficult, and is a challenge for educators at all levels of school.
