Interventions
The concept of change management intervention is relatively simple in concept, but must be very precise in its application. Interventions for change are simply programmatic activities that are geared toward bringing change (Sadhu, 2009). Interventions can be realized through different means. They can be introduced by external consultants, organizational management, and even team members (Sadhu, 2009). The method of intervention is largely dependent on the level of skill needed to implement the activities deemed necessary for change. Having carried out the necessary analysis of Iron WorX, the basic strategy is to implement solutions for some of the problems that need attention.
