The senior leadership consisting of the CEO and CFO has requested a training plan on leadership in a learning organization to improve performance. I need help with structure and content of a leadership training plan and projected outcomes. I have been given guidance to provide a purpose for the training, evaluation, and recommendation sections in the report. Any ideas using Power points, graphs, and other visual aids as a supplement would be a great addition.
